Take advantage of our fair and easy return policy that gives agents credit for invalid leads. We provide you with a full 30 days to return a lead.
We can credit your account for the full price of the lead for the following reasons:
- The phone number(s) provided are either disconnected, a fax or wrong number.
- The lead is a duplicate already received from AdvisorRPM within the past 30 days.
- The lead is a licensed insurance agent testing our system.
To return a lead, simply log into your online account and select the lead you need to return for credit. Select from the drop-down menu the appropriate reason for returning the lead.
All leads submitted for credit are independently verified to ensure they are valid and meet the return criteria. The qualification recording may be used in some cases to determine whether or not the refund is given. All leads go through a stringent qualification call with a call center representative before they are sold. Please allow up to 10 business days to validate a lead for credit. Credits for leads covered under the Return Policy are applied towards your account balance immediately and are good towards future lead purchases.
